Nebraska City Public Schools is excited to be partnering with the Southeast District Health Departments oral health prevention program, Brighter Smiles, to offer free services to all of our students. Your child must be signed up with a parent signature to be seen. Services include Superficial Screening, Fluoride Varnish, Sealants, and Prophy Cleaning. Any one or combination of services can be selected for your child. To sign-up, please click the link below. If you wish to have a paper permission form, please stop into your child’s school office for a copy. Permission slips are due back to your child’s school office by February 3, 2020.
