Boys Varsity Game 6:30 pm vs Create Public Schools.
The girls are going to start with their game and after that the guys will play next. Come and support booth teams that have worked really hard this pre-season.
‘’Expectations for this season are to achieve a "one team" mentality and to establish a culture of accountability. Being told you aren't doing something correctly is fine as long as something constructive comes with it. I want everyone to expect more from themselves first and then hold each other accountable after that,” said Coach Dewey.
‘’My expectations for this season are that people have positive attitudes and a positive outlook towards practices and hard work at practices and games,” commented Gabby Behrends.
The soccer boys team has also been working hard these past days of practice in order to get a good start to the season. It seems that they are ready to start this season with positive minds.
‘’Our expectations for this season are to use our experience and depth to compete at the highest level possible. We have to communicate, play physically, and use our team chemistry to our advantage. Working together will be the key to beating more difficult opponents. We have the athleticism and the talent, it is just making it work for 90 minutes,’’ said Coach Rice.
If you can't make the first games, the girls will play again Monday, March 21 on the Pioneer field at 7pm. The boys next home game is April 5 against Ralston.
