NCMS Student Council Holiday Project: All NCMS students are encouraged to bring in monetary donations from 12/6 through 12/14 to their Homeroom teacher. All donations will be combined and the Homeroom with the most money raised will go shopping at Walmart for local families in need this holiday season. This is a great way to support our community! Here is more information about this project, if you'd like more information please contact Nebraska City Middle School. The Angel Tree Project hosted by First Lutheran, has been sharing the joy of Christmas in the Nebraska City area for more than a decade. Families register in advance and at least two gifts per child (ages 0-18) are secured through the program. One gift is usually a toy, the other clothes/shoes. Families also receive grocery gift cards and something special for a fun family night. This project would not be possible without the generous support of local businesses and many volunteers. Every donation received goes directly to The Angel Tree Project to ensure all families have something under their tree. Thank you for your willingness to share the joy of Christmas with us!
